What has happened to my hammerhead? Did the bubble beside it attack him?

What do I do to these parts?

Probably, and do nothing. At night they put out their stinger tentacles. They can be pretty long (like 4 or 5 inches) If the current was blowing that way, it's very possible.

From the looks of your picture. I personally would move them further apart. Why would you do nothing when you are suspecting one coral attacking another? Last I checked current in tanks are pretty much set. To much money to just let one die. Also, did you by chance change anything like lights or just add one if the corals? When I get new corals I read up on them. Trial and error was to costly.

That are separated moe than before. They have been side by side for aver a year when they wre just a fraction of current size.

Acclimating different corals now so I have lights lowered.

Lighting could also be part. Get the water tested. Let me know i'm curious. Also, since you said you added new corals they will suck up nutrients. Get tested let me know.
