Damaged Xenia?

I think I damaged my Xenia today. I received 2 frags a couple of weeks ago and they've been doing great. I am currently moving everything to another tank and when I went to pick the rock up it was on it looked like part of the foot had attached itself to it and it stretched it. Then the whole thing went limp and totally closed up. Even the stalks are shrunken in. I have left it alone since, but is there anything I can do?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Give it a day or so, you probably ripped it a little and it is expending it's energy fixing itself. When you have to frag it, you will do much more to it, and then it will get really mad.
