damsel in distress HELP!

My damsel's eyeball is popping out! the tank is freshly cycled 55 gal fowlr 30 lbs lr 30 lbs base rock 4" dsb 2 powersweep powerheads one in each corner facing each other. I have a moderate case of brown or gold algae on the rocks and ph surfaces I have 1 clown 2 damsels and 1 green starfish in tank right now. water is at 79 degrees F, 0 ammonia, 0 trites and ph is at 8.2 alk is reading on the high side. what can i do?

Not much except ensure the other tank mates do not pick on the injured damsel. That in most cases is the biggest concerns. If you have a cycled QT I would remove the damsel and give it some alone time to heal. If not be absolutely sure you keep the water specs in line. You did not mention the nitrrates so if above 5 ppm, I would start with some daily water changes with well aged SW to get it lowered. As long as it does not get an infection, it should be just fine.

Also be sure foods are fortified with Selcon or Zoecon.
