It's not dead until there is no tissue left.. so to answer the question no but looks like its on its way : /

When this happened my anemone closed up :s so what should I do? I've done a water change an my anemone is opening up slowly

My anemone has opened up fully but I heard if u can see its mouth it's not a good thing
