Dead crabs...

Just wondering, if a hermit crab dies, would it give off much ammonia if I didn't get it out of the tank?

I've got 11 hermits, and if one of them died I doubt I'd see it - at least not straight away! Would it cause a problem?

Don't worry about it. The remaining 10 hermits would take care of the dead one so fast....it would be a feeding frenzy.
