Not 100% certain pretty sure, it's dead right? ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1398511473.236435.jpg It's all droopy and shriveled up so it's a pretty good guess right?

I have been told that if you touch it and it starts to disintegrate that it is dead I have had mine not extended polyps for up to 3 weeks but it was still alive I would try touch it and see what it's like also if it's still alive try move it to a different flow section

Not dead yet would be my guess. Like said above, they can look pretty bad for weeks at a time and still do well afterwards. :)

I';d move it lower in the tank and give it a few weeks if you can, I bet it will bounce back.
