dented tang???

My yellow tang looks fairly plump in the middle of his body, but on his under-side it looks like he is made of clay and someone pinched him. What is going on with that?

He may be hungry. Ours looks like that if we happen to get a bit lax with keeping nori on the clip. As a grazer, they should be provided a fairly regular diet of leafy foods.
