Dying bubble tip anemone! Please help!!

I have a bubble tip anemone in a 20 gallon tank, I have had it for about 4 months, after spending the weekend away I returned to see my anemone facedown in the sand where the fish or shrimp knocked it out of the rocks, I quickly place it back in it's normal position in the light, the tentacles are not coming out as long as they use to and there is some White hard stuff around the anemone to now, any advice on what I can do? I payed £60 for this coral so i don't want it to die! Please help!

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but that looks like a torch coral rather than an anemone. :-( lol

When my torch recently died it starting looking like that, with the white hard parts of the skeleton showing and then the tentacles just fell off one by one. Wasn't a pretty sight....

I agree. It's definitely not an anemone and does look like a dying torch coral.

Thanks guys, the shop owner obviously stitched me up, is there anything I can do? Or is it to late?

Just done some research appears it is a torch coral, I think it's to late to do anything now :'(
