Foxface rabbitfish with pimple like bump on him

Hey,I have a foxface rabbitfish in my 75gal fowlr tank.Today when i woke up and looked at him he had a little bump with a black dot on it. It kinda looks like a black head.What could it be?It is hard to take a picture of because it is so small.

White or black dots are usually an indication of ich. Is he scratching himself on rocks or swimming differently than the last time you saw him swimming around? It could also be Marine Black Spot disease.

He is acting like he normally does.He hasnt been scratching either.

I would keep a close eye on him, and if you see him start to swim sporadically or scratching himself against the rocks, tank, or equipment in the tank then he most likely has one of those two diseases i mentioned above.

Is the spot the size of a grain of rice?
That would indicate that it is Black Ich. It can be treated with Hypsalinity in QR, but it can survice for several months in the substrate in the DT.
