I just got this yellow watchman goby yesterday, and when I got home
from work today, his mouth was all white and swollen? Any ideas on
what this is and how I can fix it?

Most likely a bacterial infection I may not be correct I would wait and see if someone else chimes in but that is what I think. You could medicate to be on safe side. Not sure what else you have in your tank

Also what are water parameters and how did u acclimate him?

He might have hurt himself from trying to burrow or just 'dust' from the crushed coral. He really needs a sand bottom so he can burrow

had a clown with the same thing in it's mouth. I noticed it the second day i got it. was healthy and swimming...wanted to eat but couldn't. got to a point where I thought he was a gonner because he would lie on it's side listless. well after a week it recovered. He is still in my tank nice and healthy.

here is a pic of how it looked...
