Help! I think my Hammer Coral is dying on me ? I have added a smaller new tank to my home and was hoping to move him there to get better but I'm thinking it may be to late [emoji51] Any thoughts?View attachment 325213View attachment 325214View attachment 325215

Change it's location and you may be able to save what is left of the live coral. It should be in medium flow and medium light areas of the tank with these specifics:
Temperature: 72° – 78 °F.
pH: 8.1 – 8.3.
Salinity: 1.024 – 1.026 (1.025 preferred)
Alkalinity: 8 – 12 dKH.
Nitrates: <10 ppm.
Phosphates: <0.10 ppm.
Calcium: 350 – 450 ppm.
Magnesium: 1200 – 1350.

Check the water quality. Maybe do a huge water change just to ensure the water is good.

Make sure no other corals are attacking it at night. A lot of corals send out sweeper tentacles that kill nearby corals.
