Most likely because you don't have sufficient lighting and it's expelling it's zooxanthellae which gives it color. You need to upgrade you lights. What lights do you have?
 
Just add 2 more T5 31w 2 days ago...
Everything is looking better now.... Now got 4 T5 HO, 2 10,000 & 2 actinic...
Is enought for a 29 g tank u think?
 
That should be yes. It could've been stressed from before you added the lights. Just make sure you have good water and flow and it should come back.
