Help - Clarki clown has black spots

Help- I Noticed yesterday that one of my clarki clown fish has a few black spots on the lower part of his body. I was reading that this might be a parasite called black ich or black spot disease. Does anyone know what I can use to get rid of this?

Tank is a 20 gallon long reef. The tank has been set up for about 3 months. The parameters are:
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
KH 143.2
Ph 8.2
Calcium 420
Phosphate 0
Salinity 1.023

Freshwater dips and treat with Formalin in a quarantine tank. Keep your display tank fallow for at least two months. I've heard these can live without hosts for months.
