Help!!!!! My Goldie Anthias is sick!!

I awoke this morning to find my Goldie acting weird. All my other fish and inverts seem to be fine. I checked my nitrates and they are between 30-40 ppm. Please help!

I would do about a 50% water change right now and see if that helps. That is a little high for come of the more sensitive creatures.

That's pretty much where my nitrates normally are most of the time.

40ppm is pretty high for even a fowlr.

How often/how much are you feeding your tank each time?
