Help sick tomato clown

My tomato clown has this white spot on his eye please help diagnose

Is the eye hazy at all? To me it looks like he rubbed his eye against a rock or something and just has a little injury. If I'm right clean water and extra water changes will get him back in shape in no time.

Thank you so much we will try a water change tomorrow. . His eye looks a little hazy so it is very possible he rubbed against rock. . You don't think it's ICH do you? I am always nervous of that
