I cannot seem to keep yellow tang alive in my tank

I have the proper food the water quality is pristine and I've had two of them died on me in the past month I refuse to kill another one but I'm trying to figure out what my problem is all the other fish are thriving clownfish a blue devil and also a small Picasso Trigger there are thriving and doing wonderful also my one piece of coral is doing very well and my anenome is alive but not prospering my water specs are on point I keep track of it and I change the water regularly
