i think my clown has ich

i dont have any pics but ill describe it. shes got a lot of see through white bumps on her and now the males starting to get a little buut my angel is stiill fine. they both readily eat and swim around but now the female is starting to hang out under one of the rocks. what can i get to try and cure it.

You'll have to QT the fish and treat them with hyposalinity and leave your main fallow for 8 weeks.
