Is it possible that the ich will die out if the temp is raised to 86 degrees in combination with my UV sterilizer?

Temp dose not kill ick. You need to use a copper medication or do hyposalinity.

I have raised temp, and added salt to cure it in my fresh water tank, but it dose not look as though it works for salt water.

You need to do as stated above hypo or copper. Both must be done in a qt tank not in the main tank. You should leave your main tank empty for six to eight weeks to kill the ich because ich can't live without a host fish. You can leave any inverts they are not effected by ich.
