Ich spots dont seem to fall off..is it ich for sure?
My puffer has had spots on her fins for about a week. She is eating, not rubbing, sleeping in a cave during the day.

I heard that ich spots fall off and then come back. Her spots never leave. Is it ich?

I`m pretty sure that is what it is. They all dont fall off at the same time. Is any way of getting a pic. Your going to have to QT and treat.
