Injury on yellow coris wrasse

So I was looking at my tank and noticed that my coris wrasse had a cut on his head and a cut under his fin.Click image for larger version

I will post tank specs if you think it's necessary.

Ok thanks, he just worries me a lot. I thought he had ich a week ago, turned out to be him loosing a few scales and a bit of sand stuck to him.

Most coris wrasses are pretty resilient. Honestly a lot of fish are pretty resilient. I have a potters angel whose fins got ripped to shreds and about 2 weeks later he looked good as new. Just keep him fat and he will heal

Thanks, also injury is already healed. I probably just saw the cut right after it happened. I worry about my fish way to much.
