is my cleaner shrimp sick?

recently i noticed some black spots on one of my cleaner shrimps. it was still acting normal so i didnt think much of it, i performed my regular water changes, etc.
now another shrimp is starting to get those black spots also.
both are still acting normally, i didnt notice any change on their behavior.

so my question is, are they sick?
should i take them out of the tank so it wont spread to other shrimp?
let it be?

Let it be, the cause has never been properly identified. More commonly it will dissapear/fade at the next molt.
