Is my coral healthy?

I'm not too sure about growth yet. I'm still starting too. Supposedly the zoas and shrooms may split and grow if kept well but not too sure about others.

Just been reading your thread,

It does look a lot better, I've got a frogspawn and it defo doesn't look like yours,
I've got a hammer and that defo doesn't look like yours either,
It does look like an enemonie but not if it came in a piece if rock.
How old is your tank?

I'm a newbie but seem to have pulled it off.
I waited 4weeks before putting anything in it, even then I knew I was pushing my luck

My 3 hermits are healthy, 2 clowns are healthy, coral banded shrimp is healthy also
