IS there any method faster than hyposalinity?

Is there any method that takes a shorter amount of time ??

Hyposalinty requires 4-6 weeks, of qt if you have a reef tank, I noticed spots on the fins of my clown tang immediately after i introduced him today after i acclimated. (not immediatley but few hours later)

I want to eliminate this ich problem but i would like a quicker and efficient method to do so, can any one help? TIA!

Cupramine works faster to eliminate the parasite from the fish (in qt), but you do need to have the 6 weeks of fishless time in the main no matter which treatment you use.
