yes that is a type of ich; however its hard to tell since your pix is not clear. just lost 2 nemos within 7 days and found a cure for my other 2 nemos which are healing after two days of treatment recommend you buy quick cure (has formaline) and a quarantine tank immediately to medicate. if not your nemo will die in a few days; symptoms labored breathing and stopped eating.
