Issues with nitrate and nitrite

I've had my tank going for about 2 weeks everything has been fine until now, nothing but my clown fish is moving my hermit crabs are standing still my star fish hasn't moved from the glass on the top of the water my clown fish seems to be gasping for air. Is there anything i can do save them?

Your tank is cycling. Normally you would hold off adding anything until it has finished the cycle. The best thing you can do now is lots of water changes and hope for the best.
