Looking for natural flatworm solutions

Wondering other than reef safe wrasses what else eats flat worms. Trying to avoid medications looking for a small bio load that can take care of the worms with out a fish I didn't really want tank is over stocked as is.
 
If they are common red planaria, they are ambush predators that eat pods. If you put something in the tank that eats pods, it will compete with them for food and help starve them out. Most fo the fairy wrasses should be a step in the right direction.
Crabs don't bother with flatworms.
