i fed my long tent anemone peice of krill this morning, seemed to be ok and inflated pretty nicely during the day but tonigt at 7 i see him spiting up the peice i fed him in the morning, it wasnt even digested at all, any idea.....bad or good, something that happens occasionaly??

It's called a bolus, keep feeding your anemone, eventually it will difest more and more. If it was totally undigested, then you might try feeding something else,like silversides or whole small shrimp.

An anemones mouth is also its anus. So it is just taking making a movement after digesting the useable nutrient from the food. This is natural.
