Midas Blenny Death

Found my Midas on the sand, pretty well stripped down by the inverts.
No early signs of distress, everyone else in the tank is fine.
I added an emerald crab the day before to attend to some bubble algae, I know the Midas would always sleep in the rocks. Could the crab have attacked him?
I also did a 15% PWC yesterday and was n a hurry so I did it kinda quick.
Just curious if anyone had any ideas.

Could be a number of reasons. Have you done a water test to rule out your water parameters.
