I bought a yellow coris wrasse. I have noticed the upper lip of the mouth is kind of white. It doesn't look cottony though so I'm not sure if it's mouth fungus or it's a bruise. It pecks on LR the whole day and eats whatever I feed it. Should I treat or no?

Do a 15% or more water change and keep an eye on it. Keeping pristine water conditions in the absence of predators allows fish to heal many problems on their own.

If you can post a close up (macro setting) of the lip we may be able to help diagnose the problem.
