My hammer coral looks like it's dying

Here is a pic. My hammer looks to be dying. one end of it is starting to shrivel up and the whole thing is pretty much closed up. All my levels seem fine PH 8.0 nitrates 10 , nitrites 0, cal. 400. Ammonia 0. Sal. 1.024.My tank is 2 1/2 months old the hammer is 5 weeks old until now it has been growing like crazy. Any suggestions???

Try giving it a little more water flow. Point a PH at it or at an angle to give it more water circulation.

Also what are your water parameters so we can rule that out.
