Mysterious Dissapearances....

Ok when I got up this morning for work I noticed 3 hermit crab shells were empty (checked they didn't move into any other shells) and a Cleaner Shrimp was missing. This is weird because nothing like this has ever happened before and I haven't added anything recently other than a Bubble Coral.. Any guesses? TIA

They could be molting. When they molt they will hide for a couple of days until their shell hardens.
