Need help quick!!! I'm worried!!!

I bought two "nemo" clown fish a while back I just realized in one of my clowns there's these white bumps right above its mouth these are my first two real fish I've had in salt water any help please!!! I can't get a picture due to my iPod having poor quality and they move so much

Ich maybe? Or a specific parasite that is around the mouth?

It doesn't look like ich because they're raised bumps an there's none around the gills of the fish
