Need some help with a cloudy tank

Well i have tried everything I can think of and with no luck my tank still looks like this....
Does anyone have any advise on how to fix my current issue?[/IMG]

The pic dint show, but cloudy water can be from many things. How long have you had the tank? Whats the size and filtration?
