Neon Kenya tree

I got 2 Kenya trees about 4 months ago, one is a neon and the other one regular color. So this is the situation, the neon color one has not grown at all same size and the other one is really big now, I'm posting some pic and can any tell me if the neon grows smaller than the other one or is there a problem.
