I just got these star polyps and they have been in for 2 hours and haven't opened up yet is this normal please help.

Anyone know why they won't open up.

Give them a few days and if they still haven't move them to a new place in the tank it's common I had some close on me for a week so I moved them then half the mat opened so I moved them again now they are happy

I put mine in the high spot and pretty high flow area and it seeems to like it and spread pretty well
