PLEASE HELP

I cleaned my tank today and the water got cloudy and now my flame angel is not doing well he is lying on the gravel and he is still alive but I dont know what I should do? I dont have anywhere else to put him??

What did you clean and how and with what??? Test water for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and post numbers.
Do you have water for a water change ready, mixed and up to temp?

Test water ASAP..
