I have some polyps and they thrived in my tank after I first put them in. Now all the sudden they started developing bloches on there faces and eventually it spread one at a time now they are very dull in color and not extending out like they were?

You can see a big difference from the first photo too the second. All my peramiters are and have been exceptional.

Hard to tell from the 2nd pic are they white in the middle ? They look light blue!
 
It actually went from a very stand out poping green to a very hazy dingey green.

I can't ID it so far I found bristal star fish. The arms of the star look like it but I can't find the center mass.

Brittle stars aren't a problem. You'll rarely see anything other than an arm out to catch food.

Polyps often retract if something others them that you don't notice. Then later they're all open up again. For me it's usually a shrimp.
