This fish is not getting any better. I tried catching him to put in qt but that's not happening. I'm not willing to tear apart my whole tank to catch him

I think it might had happened from the female. She can be rough. My water parameters are good
My phosphates are a little higher then I like sitting at .06ppm(Hannah checker).how often on the water changes and how large. I do 25 gallons once a week on my 150

His eye is much better now. It got worse but started going down a few days ago
