Over this last weekend I bought a small Kenya Tree Frag and it's been looking really wilted and sick, so I moved it onto a higher rock and noticed a maroon spot on its base with a red liquid leaking out. I'm not sure what this means, and will it hurt my other corals and fish?

No i dont thonk so. But it might have gotten stung by one of ur other corals.

because if it was ammonia burns the clown would have some as well.

No. I have a mono, yellow headed sleeper goby, sail-fin tang, scopula tang, lyre tail anthias, Mexican turbo, several other various snails, and a rock anemone I brought back from Florida.
