my reef has been going strong for a few months, all my corals are doing awesome except for my recordia. the recordia has been in the aquarium for around 2 weeks without a problem. then the other day some tissue came out of his mouth(he does have two mouths though) and now his mouth has fallen off leaving him with his new mouth. all my other mushrooms are doing great and so is my candy cane coral and brain coral. is my mushroom just going through a phase or whats wrong?
