Romoving dead corals

What is the best way to cut them

What type of coral are you trying to frag?

Duncan Petstore gave it to me to try to save. But I'm not sure how to cut the dead off

You can leave it on if it doesn't look to bad or take a dremel to it, or if you can get a hold of it to snap it off you can do that too. I like the dremel because I have more control over it.
