I have read and been told diffrent salinitys i should keep I only have damsels in my tank now so waht should it be I have it at 1.022 thanks

If your keeping a fish only tank you can successfuly keep your saltwater at a level of 1.020 with no problems. Natural seawater is closer to 1.025 but many will prefer the lower salinity range to help lower parasite problems as many dont fair well in lower salinities. LFS's sometimes keep their water even lower than 1.020 for this very reason.

What is a good range for keeping some corals such as shrroms and polyps? 1.25? Will they be ok around 1.23 and 1.24???
