sick anenome?

my anenome did this the other night..what it is or what is it doing? is it sick or just getting rid of waste of some kind.

i dont know what kind it is...it has changed colors though since ive had it...it used to be really white looking and now its gotten more brown in color..i think its getting old..lol. ive had it for about 6 months..do they usually change colors like that when they get old or when they are in the process of dying?

No actually, it becoming more brown is a good sign. Alot of times an anemone that is not getting enough nutrients will be whit, or bleached out. I have one just like yours that I have had for about 8 months. It is the same color!
