sick Clown fish!!! Help please

[/B][/B]Hi Guys i Have two little occellaris clown fish in my tank of which one is just sitting at the bottom of the tank.

Tank has been running for about 10-12 weeks.
fish have been in here for about 4 weeks and there are no tank mates just the two clowns.

Ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 0
ph 8.2
salinity is 1.018 (its at 1.020 normally but my lfs said to drop it because the fish isnt swimming so i have been reducing over two days)

No physical signs of any disease

the fish is just hovering on the sand in the corner of the sand,

tank is 38 litres and i have a wet dry filter with seachem matrix in there. and 5 kilograms of liverock.


Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

now its swimming sideways and upside down at times.
Could it be bladder disease?

Sounds like it. Try some boiled, shelled, chopped up peas. This clears him out.
