Sick colt coral, need help!

I've had my colt for a year and he was fine the first 4 months then got stung by an anemone and hasnt opened in 8 moths. He's 1" now and used to be this big. Please help. How the heck can I get him to open? I tried fragging a piece and it helped a little but the piece blew off a rock :/. Any ideas????? Can't even see polyps ;(.

You`ll need to glue the frag to a rock with super glue gel. They are usually pretty hardy corals. That`s exactly why I dont have an anenome any more.
