Sick flame angel

I bought a flame angel last week. Everything seemed to be going fine with him then yesterday morning I notice he was laying on the sand breathing heavy. I went in with my net to see if he was stuck and he swim away fine. Then after awhile he layed down again and hasn't really moved since then. Do you think he's dying or is there something I can?

Tank is a month old. I had a smaller tank but expanded to a 65 gallon. Fish was eating and the two clowns plus star fish seemed to be doing fine. I acclimated him to my water for a hour at least when I set him in
