sick frogspawn coral?

Have had frogspawn coral frag for 5 months and it has been not fully open for the past couple weeks. water conditions good everything else fine. any info?

Nothing else has change? Temp, lights, placement etc...

Maybe something just pissed it off, is it near any other corals?

When you say parameters are all good your included salinity, calcium, magnesium, phosphates etc... Right?

All levels good no other corals by it except another frogspawn frag. havent move it, in low flow now
