Sick royal gramma

Hi ive had a royal gramma now for about 3 weeks . I noticed yesterday he was sat in the corner now today he is hiding in the rock and comes out and rubs against the sand then goes back in . Any ideas as im a little worried

I've seen a lot of grammas recently infected with flukes. Try and catch him and give him a hyposalinity dip. You can barely see them normally because they're transparent and blend into the fish.

If he's been there awhile and there's other fish, you might need to treat the entire tank. If he's new, set up a QT tank with the same parameters as the regular tank, except the sg should be 1.013 to 1.010
