sick zoa?

Its been awhile and I have a simple salt water tank. I recently chsnged jobs and my life hasn't allowed me to do my regukar maintenance. More of I finally have time lets do 3 weeks worth. I was inspecting my zoas and noticed a little critter crawling. Well many but when I say small I mean half a mm long... heres my best pictures I could get. Also I have what looks to be turbos reproducing in my tank. Any help would be great.

if you can catch it with tweezers get it out already did enough damage to need extermination ,
the zoa will be happy its gone and open

As you see them get them out also I would take the zoa's out and dip them in case anything else is on them.

Whats the best dip to buy

They say coral rx is good but I use brightwell coral dip been using it since I started in this hobby works well for me.
