Sixline wrasse bloated

My six-line wrasse looks fat. I just noticed it today.

I don't know why because I only feed once a day. Any help?

Alot of people only feed their fish every other day. Might be the reason. How is he doing?

I feed mine every other day.

He is swimming around fine like usual swimming around between rocks. He just looks like he ate too much. None of the other fish have a fat stomach.

It could be over feeding or a possible internal problem. How is he doing now? Have you reduced feeding?

Well today he looks normal so I guess it was a false alarm.

I have a six line wrasse also, I notice that my other wrasses grow in length as well as their thickness but my six line grows in length slower than his thickness. Mine is fat also. I am thinking maybe that's how they grow? That's my opinion.
